Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to ensure our customers can enjoy our skincare technology no matter where they are.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to process your orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, we’re unable to make changes—but you can still return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped the following business day after processing.
Note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at ShipVerseorg@gmail.com.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices are displayed in USD and are tax-free. However, depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by ShipVerse.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received an item that’s damaged, incorrect, or missing, please email ShipVerseorg@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief explanation. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment:
